Monti Saroya joined Vista Equity Partners in 2008 and is Co‑Head of the Vista Flagship Fund, serving on the firm’s Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Private Equity Management Committee. He is also Co‑Chief Executive Officer of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle, where he serves on the Investment Committee and helps guide the firm’s long‑term investment strategy.

Monti currently serves on the boards of numerous enterprise software and technology companies, including Allvue Systems, Cloud Software Group, Cvent, Finastra, Gainsight, iCIMS, Infoblox, Mindbody, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Solera, and Xactly, among others, and has been actively involved in many of Vista’s notable investments. Prior to Vista, Monti was a Senior Research Analyst at JMP Securities, covering public SaaS companies, and previously held roles at Siebel Systems and Cisco Systems, bringing deep operating and software industry experience to his investment leadership.
