With over 22 years of experience leading technology initiatives and delivering impactful business solutions, Tim began his career as a Desktop Engineer before advancing into leadership roles, including leading Desktop Services and serving as the Identity and Access Management leader. Over the past seven years, Tim has focused on application delivery within Westfield’s Small Business division, where he has played a key role in bringing the Small Business platform online, stabilizing it, and supporting its ongoing modernization.

Tim is passionate about aligning technology with business outcomes and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions in complex environments.
