An IT expert with over 25 years of experience, including more than 15 years in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sector, Chiragg is driving large-scale transformations to deliver core insurance business objectives. Chirag currently leads the Duck Creek platform implementation for Munich Re Specialty – North America. This work includes deploying multiple Duck Creek Policy products to support Excess and Surplus (E&S) and Programs business lines, implementing the Duck Creek Claims platform in phased rollouts for in-house claims processing, Third-Party Administrator (TPA) handled claims, and legacy claims, and delivering Duck Creek Clarity and Insights implementations across all policy and claims deployments.
Key areas of expertise include spearheading complex business transformations within the P&C insurance domain to ensure technology solutions align with strategic business objectives, as well as designing and delivering scalable, highly available solutions in fast paced and regulated environments while leading cross functional teams.
