Michelle Sullivan brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with deep knowledge spanning agency operations, underwriting, claims, IT collaboration, and administrative leadership. She is the Technical Coordinator for Agency Operations & Marketing at Encova Insurance. She began her career as a Project Coordinator, working closely with agency management, underwriting, claims, and IT teams for 11 years. She then spent 15 years in advancement roles as an Executive Assistant and Document Management Supervisor, also supporting human resources functions for the Iowa office. Michelle joined Agency Operations & Marketing in 2019 as an Agency Services Specialist and was promoted to Technical Coordinator in 2022. She holds the CPCU and AINS designations from The Institutes.
