Working closely with product leadership and solution engineering teams, he brings real-world customer insights to every briefing, showing how Duck Creek Reinsurance streamlines operations, strengthens control and compliance, and shortens financial close cycles. Prior to Duck Creek, he worked as both an educator and an insurance broker. He also served as a product trainer for Policy, Insights, and Duck Creek Reinsurance, led advanced reinsurance training initiatives, and helped design Duck Creek University’s online training program.
