With nearly 30 years of experience scaling global SaaS businesses, Hardeep has a proven track record of driving transformation through artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and customer‑centric innovation.
Prior to Duck Creek, Hardeep served as CEO of PowerSchool, where he grew the company from $100 million to more than $750 million in revenue, led its IPO, and expanded its global footprint to over 60 million students and 18,000 school systems across 90 countries. Under his leadership, PowerSchool embedded AI and analytics across its platform, becoming the largest cloud‑based K–12 education software provider in North America.
At Duck Creek, Hardeep is advancing a next‑generation, AI‑driven intelligence platform that combines agentic AI, generative AI, and machine learning to help insurers operate faster, smarter, and more profitably—streamlining underwriting, claims, and customer engagement.
Hardeep holds a master’s degree in computer science from IIT Bombay, a bachelor’s degree from VNIT, an MBA from The Wharton School, and serves on the Chancellor’s Board of Advisors at UC Davis.
