The Billing User Group session at Formation 26 offers an engaging and collaborative forum for Duck Creek Billing customers to connect with peers, Solution Consulting, and Product Management. As part of our established User Group program - held three times a year - this special Formation edition expands to 2.5 hours and features a dynamic blend of updates, customer insights, and interactive discussions. 

Our session begins with a welcome from our User Group Champion, followed by a Formation exclusive icebreaker to help attendees connect. Solution Consulting will highlight recent wins, including new customers, go-lives, and key upgrades. Product Management will share an in-depth product update, including roadmap direction and how we partner with customers to guide ongoing enhancements. 

This year’s Customer Spotlight will showcase one or two customers who will present how they’ve solved real-world business challenges using the Duck Creek Billing platform - offering tangible, practical insights for the community. 

Attendees will then participate in three roundtable discussions - each led by Product, Solution Consulting, or the Champion - designed to drive conversation, gather feedback, and crowdsource best practices. We close the session with our annual Champion election, with nominations taken from the floor and anonymous voting.
