Formation 2024 is being held only in-person. We will provide you with sessions designed to keep you competitive and on track in 2024.

You will have access to the general sessions, the breakout sessions, optional networking events, including the welcome reception, the W.I.N. event, and an evening celebration on Wednesday night.

Dinner is provided Tuesday and Wednesday; breakfast and lunch will be available Wednesday and boxed lunch on Thursday.

Formation '24 is limited to P&C and general insurance carriers, Duck Creek customers, partner sponsors, industry analysts, media and invited guests. ​

One guest per in-person attendee is permitted for a fee of $250, which allows them the option to participate in the evening events only. Guests must be 21+.

Each guest must be accompanied by a paying Formation '24 registration holder, and the guest must be registered with the attendee registration.

The guest pass does not include access to sessions, breakfasts or lunches or any other activities reserved for attendees.

The dates of the conference are Tuesday, May 21 – Thursday, May 23, 2024​

User groups for current customers will be held on Tuesday, May 21, starting at 1:00 p.m. 

The Launchpad will open at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, with a Welcome Reception to follow​.

The general session will start Wednesday, May 22, at 8:30 a.m​.

The Customer Celebration Party will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22.

Formation will conclude at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 23.
 

Registration is open at 12:00 p.m. User Groups, for current customers, will be held at 1:00 p.m.  

At 5:00 p.m. the Launchpad opens with a welcome reception until 7:00 p.m.

Only the general sessions will be available on-demand after Formation '24; breakout sessions will not be posted.

Your confirmation number is in the registration confirmation email. You can also request it through the system by clicking on the “Forgot Your Confirmation Number?” link. ​

​Once you log in, you’ll see your Registration Summary page. Click on “Modify Registration” to add or remove optional items to your agenda.
 

A detailed Agenda will be available late February; we will notify all registrants to login to view the agenda and select their sessions.

Immerse yourself in a tantalizing culinary journey as the block's restaurants showcase a diverse array of delectable bites, offering a feast for the senses. Duck Creek is excited for you to join us for a fun Denim and Diamonds event on Wednesday evening!

Recommended attire is business casual. The Block Party on Wednesday night is "Denim and Diamonds," you're welcome to don your finest jeans, cowboy hat, and boots for a fun and stylish look!

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for conference attendees during the event. Guests are welcome to attend the evening events.
