Andrew Hoffman is a seasoned finance and reinsurance executive with over 25 years of experience across public accounting, consulting, and multinational insurance operations. He currently serves as the Group Head of Reinsurance and Accounting at Accelerant, where he leverages deep expertise in finance, accounting, U.S. statutory, GAAP and IFRS reporting, reinsurance operations, claims handling, commutations, and project management.

Prior to joining Accelerant, Andrew spent ten years at QBE Insurance Group, serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Reinsurance Operations and Finance. He has also held key roles at ACE USA and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Throughout his career, Andrew has led major reinsurance transformations at large multinational carriers—driving technical implementations, optimizing organizational structures, and improving operational processes. He also sponsored DCR (Duck Creek Reinsurance) implementations at both QBE and Accelerant, enabling enhanced data integrity and reporting capabilities across reinsurance functions.
