Victoria Roach, President, has been with CA FAIR Plan (CFP) for over five years and in her current role for three years. As President, Victoria advocates for CFP’s key role as a temporary safety net for customers unable to find coverage in the admitted market. She also ensures operations, fiscal, human resource, technology, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization to enable the association to fulfill its mission. Victoria brings 30 years of insurance industry experience to her current position, with extensive experience in Underwriting, Human Resources, and technology.

Prior to CFP, she served as Director of Underwriting and Director of Product Management at Farmers Insurance and was responsible for setting strategic Underwriting direction and development through the analysis of process and metrics and providing innovative solutions to drive business goals and respond to market conditions. In addition, Victoria worked in Human Resources as a site HR Manager and was the Director of eBusiness, developing and implementing technology to support agents and customers.

Victoria graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Business, Contract Management.
