Katherine Carmody is a senior digital executive with over 20 years experience in Insurance including her current role as Executive General Manager – Digital Insurer at Suncorp Group, one of the largest Insurers in Australia with over 9 brands. Katherine is known for leading high performance teams, her expertise in digital transformation, developing and delivering new digital capability including webchat, chatbots and Intelligent Virtual Assistants, designing digital strategy and spearheading innovation. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology, is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Digital Disruption programme and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
