Mrs. Villalobos joined Safepoint in March 2016 as a Senior Personal Lines Underwriter. Prior to that, she held various underwriting and leadership roles at USAA and Auto Club Insurance Company of Florida. She later served as Safepoint’s Personal Lines Supervisor, where she was instrumental in expanding personal lines products into new states. Since March 2023, Mrs. Villalobos has served as the Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer at Safepoint Specialty Insurance. In this role, she oversees underwriting, administration, and system development functions for the company. A proven insurance professional with over 15 years of property and casualty (P&C) experience, she played a pivotal role in the implementation of Duck Creek and the launch of Safepoint’s reciprocal exchanges. She has been a driving force behind systems integration design, championing high-quality development across business product lines and internal technology systems. Her efforts have contributed to creating a seamless policy engagement and binding experience for customers of Safepoint and its subsidiary companies.
