As Solution Architect for the Small Business Platform at Westfield Insurance, Nikki is responsible for defining and guiding the implementation of robust and scalable solutions that align with the organization’s technology strategy and business needs. She is known not only for her technical expertise, but also for her unique ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable way—making her a trusted partner for both business and technical teams.

Nikki’s journey with Westfield Insurance began in 2012 as an intern while studying at Malone University, where she earned dual degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science—graduating summa cum laude in both. She began her career as a mainframe developer using COBOL, Assembler, and CICS, and later transitioned into DuckCreek development. She quickly rose to the role of lead developer before stepping into her current architect position.

Nikki lives in Wadsworth, Ohio with her husband and two-year-old son. She is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie and has gone skydiving four times starting as soon as was legally allowed - on her 18th birthday.
