Kristin Swineford is the head of FCCI Specialty, a startup E&S division focused on middle market P&C business with exclusive direct to retail agency distribution. With expertise in building and leading high-performing underwriting teams, Kristin has played a pivotal role in building this startup from scratch with an emphasis on innovation, best in class underwriting talent, and delivering exceptional value to our exclusive trading partners.
Before joining FCCI Insurance Group, Kristin spent 13 years with the Chubb and Westchester organizations spanning claims, underwriting, and leading multiple national teams, gaining a comprehensive perspective on the insurance industry.
Kristin holds an MBA and five professional designations from The Institutes including her CPCU.
