Allison D. Elzer is the Managing Director of Risk Solution Services for Markel Specialty. She joined the company in July 2019. Prior to Markel, Allison worked in various capacities in insurance, risk management, environmental consulting and market research. She has experience in a variety of areas including environmental, construction, professional, cyber, products liability, general liability, worker’s compensation, property, auto/fleet, oil & gas, medical, retail, real estate and more. Allison enjoys volunteering for local charities and is the Director of Operations for her local Wings of Hope, Inc. charity, producing benefit concerts to raise funds for local families dealing with cancer and providing services. She resides in eastern Pennsylvania with her husband, 17-year-old daughter, 19-year-old son and has two stepchildren in their early twenties. Allison also enjoys entering floral designs into the annual Philadelphia Flower Show competitions, jewelry-making and singing.
