Tim Franklin brings deep UX and front-end development experience across multiple industries, including associations, finance, medicine, and logistics, with a strong focus on building scalable, consistent user experiences. He is a Senior UX Technical Architect on Duck Creek's Design System within the User Experience organization. He works with the Design System team to deliver a robust, mature CSS framework — along with tooling and documentation —that enables suite-wide consistency while allowing carriers and partners to customize experiences based on persona-optimized themes designed by Duck Creek's UX professionals. The team collaborates closely with product teams, carriers, and partners to implement intuitive user experiences aligned with business needs. He has been with Duck Creek for five years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.
