Ethan Perry brings more than 15 years of experience leading the UX design practice for enterprise software products, with a strong focus on creating scalable, user-centered experiences that drive adoption. He leads the UX design practice at Duck Creek, overseeing UX design, discovery, and delivery projects, as well as the Duck Creek Design System and technical writing teams. His work centers on addressing user needs through persona-based experiences and driving consistency and adoption through a shared design system. Prior to Duck Creek, he managed and led UX teams across several market-leading enterprise software portfolios and worked as a UX consultant for multiple digital consultancies.
