Join us for a refreshing start to the first full day of our conference in the beautiful city of Orlando. No prior experience is needed, and you don't need any special clothing or props. This session is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone!

What to Expect

  • 20 Minutes of Gentle Yoga: Start your day with a series of gentle stretches and poses to awaken your body and mind.
    • Our instructor will guide you through movements that are easy to follow and nurturing. 
  • 20 Minutes of Mindfulness: Transition into a state of mindfulness with guided meditation and walking yoga.
    • This practice will help you center yourself and prepare for the day ahead.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing (no special attire required)
  • No matter how you arrive, we will welcome the morning together, relax and enjoy!
