Recharge and refresh at the conference with chair yoga and mindfulness (All Levels). Take a break with a gentle chair yoga session to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and reduce stress—perfect for all fitness levels. Chair yoga will be followed by a 20-minute mindfulness session to calm your mind, enhance focus, and ease anxiety through simple meditation and breathing techniques.
