With more than 25 years of technology leadership experience — including over 15 years focused on enterprise data solutions — Charles brings deep expertise in building scalable insurance platforms that power connectivity and insight.
He is Director of Engineering for Duck Creek’s Data Platforms, including Clarity, where he leads teams delivering modern reporting and analytics capabilities across the Duck Creek Suite. Charles is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Yodil (now Duck Creek Insights) and BCF Technology (acquired by AMS/Vertafore), both of which developed large-scale insurance connectivity and integration solutions.
Throughout his career, Charles has architected carrier-facing platforms that connect insurers to raters, agency management systems, and other distribution channels, frequently leveraging ACORD standards and web services to enable secure, seamless interoperability. His work focuses on helping carriers modernize their data foundations to drive better visibility, operational performance, and decision-making at scale.
