Tracy McGovern is VP of Customer Experience at GAINSCO Auto Insurance, a State Farm subsidiary. She is responsible for improving the policyholder and agent experience across distribution and service channels. Before GAINSCO, Tracy held leadership positions at Kemper, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and Infinity Insurance. Her insurance background includes Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing. She earned her BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and her MBA from the University of Texas-Arlington.
