Lana is currently the Deputy CIO for Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Vice President of Development for Tokio Marine North America Services, headquartered in suburban Philadelphia. In this role, Lana leads the digital, system integration, applications, and BI services for TMNA’s Group Insurance Companies and, reporting to Group CIO, carries the CIO responsibility for Philadelphia Insurance Companies, providing technology solutions to support business needs and align technology with business strategy and digital transformation. She originally joined the Philadelphia Insurance Companies (a member of the TMNA Group) in 2010.
