With a passion for translating Gainsco's customer-centric commitment into tangible IT solutions, Swetha brings over 20 years of IT experience, 18 of which are within the insurance industry, to her role as Assistant Vice President of Application Services.

Swetha oversees the entire application lifecycle at Gainsco, ensuring the delivery of superior solutions. This encompasses leading strategic initiatives, breaking them down into actionable plans, and managing project portfolios, releases, quality assurance, and test automation. She fosters strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors across the Gainsco ecosystem to deliver exceptional results. Swetha's career began as a mainframe developer at AIG Hawaii. After relocating to Dallas, Gainsco became her professional home. As she ascended through the ranks, Swetha's responsibilities expanded, granting her a deep understanding of the niche insurance market and the opportunity to contribute significantly to Gainsco's promise of outstanding customer support and claims handling.

Swetha balances work with her family of four. Husband Vijay manages software teams, and their children are entering high school and middle school. A family of bookworms, Swetha enjoys sci-fi, fantasy, and a touch of heavy metal music.
