Renee has over 25 years of experience in insurance automation and leads the Duck Creek OnDemand Upgrade Team. The DCOD Upgrade Team focuses on upgrading Duck Creek’s OnDemand Production clients to the latest versions of our Core Platform Products with the goal of eventually getting them to Active Delivery. The upgrade team also performs upgrades for the Distribution Management Product. Renee works with Duck Creek’s Customer Success Managers to coordinate discussions with our clients on the Upgrade Process and schedule upgrades to the latest versions. Outside of her Duck Creek responsibilities, Renee enjoys traveling, spending time with family and being involved in her community.
