Tim Franklin is a Senior UX Technical Architect on the Design System—part of Duck Creek's User Experience department. He and the rest of the Design System team provide a robust and mature CSS framework (with corresponding tooling and documentation) for suite-wide consistency that carriers and partners can customize to fit their needs, starting from a baseline set of persona-optimized themes researched and designed by our UX professionals. The Design System team also works with our product teams, as well as carriers and partners, to implement intuitive user experiences to fit the needs of the business. Tim has been with Duck Creek for three years and has many years of prior UX and development experience in other industries including associations, finance, medicine, and logistics, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.
