Rhona is responsible for Customer Experience at Duck Creek. She and her team are responsible for listening to customers, sharing their feedback internally and ensuring that we are driving programs to make improvements to systems and processes to improve the experience for all customers. Her team also manages onboarding customers to the Duck Creek way of working, which is a key point of the customer journey. Rhona’s team is also spearheading the rollout of Duck Creek’s new online user community The Pond which fosters collaboration amongst customers, partners and alike.

Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Rhona enjoys belly laughing with her colleagues on a regular basis.
