Keith Kelly is the Senior Community Manager at Duck Creek, where he spearheads "The Pond," Duck Creek’s new online tech community, fostering collaboration among customers, partners, and Ducks alike. With 18 years at Duck Creek, Keith spent his initial 16 years in Professional Services as a UX developer and field engineer, eventually channeling his passion for technology and collaboration into the creation of The Pond.

Outside the office, you’ll find Keith learning a new skill in his workshop, traveling with his family, and occasionally braving the downhill mountain biking trails. His efforts to democratize knowledge sharing both within and outside of Duck Creek underline his commitment to creating environments where ideas flourish and barriers to innovation are dismantled.
