Alex recently accepted a new role on Duck Creek’s The Pond user community team as the User Community Engagement Manager. He is responsible for ensuring user community engagement, board oversight, and community moderation is active and healthy. Alex joined Duck Creek in 2018 and has spent most of the past 5 years as a Customer Success Manager. He has a BA in Business Management from Missouri State University with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship.
