As Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at Allstate, Mike spearheaded a transformative "Next Gen" claims initiative, impacting 17,000 employees globally. Recognized in 2008 with industry accolades, including Computerworld magazine's "Premier 100 IT Leaders" and the Pink Elephant’s ITIL Project of the Year award.

Earlier, as Managing Partner for Accenture's global claims and underwriting practice, he shaped overall product strategy and contributed to creating Accenture Claim Components, now Duck Creek Claims.
