Stephanie White is Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Duck Creek, where she oversees the teams responsible for Customer Success, Onboarding, Customer Experience, Customer Success Operations, Upgrades, and Migration. Stephanie has more than 25 years of software development, delivery and management experience for insurance and capital markets customers. She is also co-founder and executive sponsor of Duck Creek’s Women’s Resource Group and member of the Employee Experience Council.
